We use India Post to deliver Rouri products directly to your doorstep.

2. Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order before it is handed over to our shipping partner. Handcrafted items require careful packing to ensure they reach you safely.

3. Estimated Delivery

Once shipped, estimated delivery times within India are typically 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping fee for standard orders, which will be clearly displayed during checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold (details provided at checkout).

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly at our tracking page or via the India Post tracking portal.

6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

India Post typically makes multiple delivery attempts. If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or if you are unavailable, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipping, though additional shipping charges may apply.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Rouri ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
